Molly E. Manson

Molly Manson is an Associate in the firm’s Business Litigation, Professional Practices, Immigration and Insurance & Tort Litigation Groups. Molly concentrates her practice on professional practice issues including general liability defense, tort litigation, and general insurance defense and coverage.

Before joining Donovan Hatem, Molly worked in Liberty Mutual Insurance Company’s in-house litigation department where she assisted with various types of cases including those involving products liability, premises liability, and general tort liability. While in law school, Molly clerked for a small transactional firm as well as a pharmaceutical company. In these roles, Molly assisted with contract review and drafting, legal research and writing, and legal, regulatory and compliance support. Additionally, Molly had the privilege of serving the Honorable Mark Covan as a judicial intern. As part of her academic career, Molly served as a legal research and writing teaching and research assistant, as well as a member of the Northeastern University Law Journal.
