Experience
Lauren King is an Associate in the firm’s Professional Practices Group. Lauren’s practice includes advising and representing design professionals in drafting, negotiating and evaluating contracts. She also develops risk management strategies including negotiating disputes to avoid litigation.
Lauren is a recent graduate who previously worked at Donovan Hatem as a law clerk. During her time as a law clerk, Lauren researched and drafted memoranda related to various aspects of design professional risk and liability. Lauren has also held judicial internships with the Honorable Edward P. Leibensperger of the Massachusetts Superior Court and the Honorable Judith G. Dein of the U.S. District Court. She most recently worked at Koufman & Frederick LLP where she assisted in the defense of medical professionals working in the prison system.
