Joseph M. Gesker, Jr. is an Associate in the Business Litigation and Professional Practices Groups. He focuses his practice on representing plaintiffs and defendants in complex civil litigation matters, including commercial and construction disputes. Joseph has represented architects, engineers, surveyors, owners, general contractors, sub-contractors and professional liability insurers in state and federal courts, arbitrations and mediations. Joseph has also negotiated design-bid-build and design-build contracts, design proposals, terms and conditions and other commercial agreements on behalf of design consultants and sub-consultants. Prior to joining Donovan Hatem LLP, Joseph practiced at Lee & McShane, P.C., Wani & Associates, P.C. and Waters & Wise, PLLC.
