Greg Paonessa is an Associate in the Business Litigation, Professional Practices and Insurance and Tort Litigation Groups. Greg focuses his practice on managing and resolving claims for design professionals throughout the United States. Prior to joining Donovan Hatem Greg served as a law clerk to the administrative law judge at the Massachusetts Department of Transportation where he participated in claim appeal hearings concerning contract and payment disputes focusing on road construction contracts. Greg was also an intern at the Middlesex Superior Court and Massachusetts Department of Public Safety.
