Charleen Thunberg is an Associate in the Professional Practices Group with over 20 years of experience in all facets of complex litigation. Prior to joining Donovan Hatem, Charleen was a Partner at the firm of Wood, Smith, Henning & Berman where she specialized in representing developers, general contractors and design professionals in litigations related to commercial and business disputes, construction defects, mold and water damage, real estate and land use. Charleen is also experienced in developing risk management protocols for construction clients, and she has successfully managed international large scale infrastructure construction contract activity including risk assessment and timely administration on behalf of the Parsons Corporation. She has secured multiple victories on behalf of national, corporate and public clients early in litigation through aggressive law and motion practice, effective negotiation strategies and early dispute resolution techniques. Charleen has successfully tried in excess of 100 trials to verdict.
