Nicholas J. Giannone

Nick is an Associate in the firm’s Professional Practice Group.  Nick focuses on advising engineers, architects and their professional liability Insurers regarding Project-Specific professional liability claim issues that are asserted against Design Professionals during the course of Design-Build Infrastructure Projects throughout North America. Nick also provides advice to and represents those Design Professionals in connection with the dispute resolution processes associated with these Projects. Prior to joining Donovan Hatem, Nick worked with large private practice groups representing biotech, pharmaceutical, and finance industry clients related to class action, compliance, and regulatory enforcement litigation.
