Experience
Eric Howard is a Partner in the Boston office of Donovan Hatem. He focuses his practice on representing clients in complex business disputes, including professional malpractice, construction, intellectual property rights, tort, and commercial litigation matters. He has represented clients in state and federal courts, administrative and arbitration tribunals and mediations. Eric frequently provides risk management seminars regarding construction and commercial law topics.
Eric has been recognized as one of Boston Magazine’s Top Lawyers in 2021 and 2022.
