Brian has also worked for the United States Department of Justice in the District of Massachusetts for the Health Care Fraud unit.

Constance Jordan is an associate in the Professional Practices Group in the firm’s Boston office. Before joining Donovan Hatem LLP, Barry worked for litigation firms in Massachusetts, focusing on utilities litigation, insurance subrogation, and insurance claims investigations. James Worden is a Partner in the Firm’s Litigation Group where he represents clients in all phases of litigation, arbitration and mediation concerning large-scale state, federal, and private construction projects.
