Increasingly, public owners are choosing the design-build delivery method in order to reduce their financial risk for cost overruns and delayed project completion. Typically, consulting engineers serve as subconsultants to a constructor-led design-builder.  This program will address risks and professional liability claims exposures for consulting engineers performing in that capacity, as well as provide professional practice and contractual recommendations to manage and reduce those risks and exposures.
