Sue E. Yoakum, AIA, Esq., kicked off the 2008 New York roundtables with a review of the AIA contract changes and the new 2008 AIA documents. Sue lead the discussion, joined by Joseph Fleischer, FAIA, Partner at Polshek Partnership Architects, and a member of the AIA Documents Committee. The review included a general overview of the new numbering system as well as a detailed discussion on the new B101 Owner Architect Agreement.
