Sue E. Yoakum, AIA, Esq., kicked off the 2008 Boston roundtables with a review of the AIA contract changes and the new 2008 AIA documents. Sue led the discussion, joined by Timothy R. Twomey, AIA, Esq., a Principal with Shepley Bulfinch Richardson Abbott, and Chair of the AIA Documents Committee. The review included a general overview of the new numbering system as well as a detailed discussion on the new B101 Owner Architect Agreement.
