Experience

David M. Thomas's practice includes providing legal advice and technical guidance to clients in their relationships with local, state and federal government entities, particularly in the areas of government regulations, land use, procurement and contracting, Title V and related environmental matters, public relations, marketing and project management.

Dave also has extensive experience in the area of domestic relations, family law, probate law, criminal law, and concentrates in state criminal defense practice as well as appearing before state administrative agencies including MCAD, ABCC, Labor Relations Commission, and the State Ethics Commission. In addition, Dave serves as Special Counsel to the Town of Hanson. He is the lead attorney for the town.  He has also served as Town Counsel to both the towns of Norton and Ashland.
