Experience

Eric A. Howard is a partner in the Professional Practices Group at Donovan Hatem LLP. He focuses his practice on representing plaintiffs and defendants in complex civil litigation matters, including commercial and construction disputes. Eric also focuses his practice on all aspects of commercial law, creditor's rights and business litigation, including the representation of debtors and creditors in commercial litigation matters and bankruptcy proceedings. He has represented owners, design professionals, contractors, and suppliers in state and federal courts, administrative and arbitration tribunals and mediations. Eric has also spoken at seminars regarding construction and commercial law topics.
