Experience
Duncan G. Cameron is a senior litigation partner in the Business Litigation and Professional Practices Groups in Donovan Hatem's New York office. Duncan has traveled extensively litigating complex construction and commercial matters in federal and state courts in Florida, Georgia, New York, New Jersey, North Carolina, Virginia and West Virginia, as well as the ICC in Paris, France. With over 18 years of experience, Duncan has represented a variety of clients, including prominent engineering and construction firms in construction and commercial litigation, construction documents, corporate and estate litigation, as well as employment and matrimonial litigation. He is also a certified mediator and is currently on the list of pending Construction Mediators, New York Supreme Court, Commercial Division, New York County.
Prior to joining Donovan Hatem, Duncan was a partner at Lewis & McKenna. Duncan started his career in New York City, with Rabunski & Katz, and also was a founder and partner at Cameron Law Group, LLC.
