Jennifer A. Lincoln
Associate
Jennifer Lincoln is an Associate in the Professional Practices Group concentrating primarily on representing design professionals, owners, and developers. Jennifer’s expertise includes composition and negotiation of DB and Designer-led DB, EPC contracts and EPCM agreements, RFPs, intellectual property, transfer and assignment agreements, project finance, FAR, and termination and indemnity arrangements. Jennifer also focuses her practice on managing claims by developing litigation and resolution strategies, projecting defense costs, reviewing discovered materials, analyzing expert witness reports, composing memoranda, and evaluating damages sought.
Prior to joining Donovan Hatem, Jennifer worked as legal counsel and contracts specialist for a 5,000-employee project management and architectural firm in the Middle East, where she oversaw contract review and dispute resolution for all services, including supervision, construction management, design, infrastructure, sustainability and landscape projects. Jennifer has composed and negotiated numerous complex contracts valued at over $1 Billion in project costs, and served as project management contracts and claims specialist for the $40 Billion King Abdul Aziz Road project in Mecca, Saudi Arabia.
Jennifer Lincoln is an Associate Fellow of the Construction Lawyers Society of America, and has been ranked by Super Lawyers as a top-rated Rising Star in Construction Litigation in Boston for 2019 and 2020.

- Compilation and negotiation of the professional services agreement for the engineering services provider on the MBTA Green Line Extension Design-Build Project in Boston, Massachusetts.
- Management of claims for multi-national project management and mechanical engineering firm in arbitration regarding deterioration in constructed pipeline for city’s wastewater system.
- Composition of Qualification Based Selection information for vertical and horizontal projects at the federal and Commonwealth levels (M.G.L. c. 7C) for the American Council of Engineering Companies.
