Catherine A. Maronski
Catherine Maronski is an Associate in the firm’s Business Litigation, Professional Practices, and Insurance & Tort Litigation Groups. Catherine concentrates her practice on professional practice issues including general liability defense, tort litigation, and general insurance defense and coverage.
Prior to joining Donovan Hatem, Catherine developed her professional skills and experience through Northeastern University’s cooperative education program. This included working in Liberty Mutual Insurance Company’s in-house litigation department, where she assisted with various cases involving products liability, premises liability, and general tort liability. Catherine also worked for a biotechnology company and a nonprofit corporation, wherein which she assisted with contract review and drafting, legal research and writing, and legal, regulatory and compliance support. While in law school, Catherine was the Publications Editor for the Northeastern University Law Review and served as a teaching assistant for legal research and writing. She also had the privilege of serving as a student attorney in the school’s Intellectual Property clinic.
