Associate

We are currently seeking an associate to join our claims management practice. The position entails evaluating and monitoring claims and engaging in risk management of potential claims; developing overall strategy for defense and resolution with insureds, experts and defense counsel; development of liability exposure for insureds; managing all aspects of litigation including attendance at mediations, arbitrations and trials; also includes direct defense of claims. Candidate must have 8-10 years litigation experience; prior experience with construction and/or insurance claims is preferred; claims management experience is a plus. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills a must.
