Claims Management Associate – New York Office
We have an opportunity for an experienced attorney to join the Claims Management practice. In this role, you will evaluate, manage and monitor significant and complex claims on a national basis and engage in risk management of potential claims, develop litigation and resolution strategies, manage counsel, all experts and collaborate with multiple entities. You will also develop liability exposure for insureds, managing all aspects of litigation including attendance at mediations, arbitrations and trials. Periodic travel may be required. Candidate should have 5-7 years’ litigation experience, preferably with design and construction professionals.

Marketing Manager – Part-time
Donovan Hatem LLP is seeking a Marketing Manager to oversee all marketing, communications, client satisfaction, and business development initiatives and programs.
Specific duties include:
- Oversee Donovan Hatem LLP publications and promotional advertising
- Facilitate the firm’s marketing events, including monthly roundtables and other seminars and conferences located in Boston and New York
- Work with Management Committee and Partners to develop and implement targeted business plans to expand the client base
- Responsible for drafting, designing and distributing all firm marketing communications
- Develop and monitor the marketing budget
- Law firm experience

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Summer Law Clerk Program
Law clerks with Donovan Hatem will spend the majority of their time working with partners and associates in the firm’s Boston office on litigation matters involving design professionals. Clerks perform a myriad of tasks such as conducting legal research, preparing memoranda and drafting motions.
